SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Responsible for leading teams to deliver large scale projects to premier general contractors, or as “mechanical prime” direct to owners. This includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Understands labor tables, subcontracting scopes, HUB plans and PVF takeoffs. 10+ years experience. Projects in the D/FW area, ranging in size from $100K – $15M.
This position will be involved in Piping, Plumbing and Sheetmetal. We perform half our business direct for owners and the other half is for sound general contractors.
Service Department Needs:
HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIANS
SR. SERVICE TECHNICIAN- Highly skilled service professional who troubleshoots, repairs, and clearly communicates recommendations and resolutions. Provides primary support to service agreement customers and contributes to the development of teammates. Should be knowledgeable on DX, VRF, Hydronics, Controls, Chillers, Boiler, AHU’s. 10+ years working for a Commercial Mechanical Contractor, with valid Texas AC License.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN – Customer focused service professional who troubleshoots, repairs and replaces equipment. Clearly communicates recommendations and resolutions to the customers. Provides primary support and team leadership for changeouts and equipment startup. Also contributes to the development of teammates, providing increasing levels of responsibility. Should be knowledgeable on DX, VRF, Controls, AHU’s. 5-10 years working for a Commercial Mechanical Contractor.
SERVICE APPRENTICE / HELPER – Motivated and enthusiastic technician who desires an opportunity to develop mechanical skills in an environment of proactive service and installation work. Provides primary support to service technicians and takes on increasing levels of responsibility with customer focus. 1-3 years working for a Residential/Commercial Mechanical Contractor.
CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR
Collaborative and creative problem solver who is a great communicator and makes the customer the priority. Understands utilization of the schedule board, manpower availability, materials delivery and can coordinate dispatch functions with the team. Provides primary administrative support for work order, purchase orders, service agreements and billings. Should be knowledgeable of Building HVAC systems and the service industry, having 3+ years working with technology to dispatch service technicians.
SERVICE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Highly motivated, customer focused HVAC and Plumbing service salesperson. Secures and develops new commercial service and maintenance accounts. Develops and builds relationships with specific commercial customers in order to grow the customer base.
