Infinity shares a decades-long relationship with Dallas College. At the Mountain View Campus, our team retrofitted the mechanical yard as a turnkey project encompassing many trades. Our scope consisted of the demolition and removal of 50+ year old towers and building the new Cooling Towers on site, tying them into the existing lines during the shutdown. In addition, a new scroll chiller with a refrigerant monitoring system, air handling and fan coil units, boiler, inline pumps, fans/hoods, tanks and HVAC ductwork and underground piping were part of the scope. Lastly, our team performed the plumbing scope consisting of a domestic water system, drain, waste and vent, drain and natural gas piping and a water heater.
