At Grand Prairie ISD, our team pushed the envelope to do a multi-campus HVAC upgrade project during the short summer break schedule to ensure cooling was available for the start of school. Over the four campuses in the district, our team installed 163 water source heat pumps, 124 roof top packaged units, and 8 split systems. In addition to this work, and the necessary air distribution, roof work and modifications, our team installed Bi-Polar Ionization units in every unit and tied the existing Controls system into the newly upgraded equipment. Because of our great success during the first phase of the project, we were contracted to perform the second phase of the project by replacing nearly 100 more pieces of HVAC equipment at sister sites within the district.
