At this commercial building in Ft. Worth, our team worked with the owner to evaluate the exiting Controls system that comprised of several different systems. The solution was to integrate these systems into a single, easy to use system. Our scope included installing a JACE controller for 125 devices, and installing nearly 100 VAV controllers, room sensors and discharge sensors. Additionally, new communication trunks were run to new devices, new VAV graphics were created, modified schedules per floor, and a MAP gateway commissioning tool was provided for technician use moving forward.
