At Tarrant County Corrections Center we retrofitted two large water-cooled chillers with magnetic bearing chillers, six pumps and a 100-gallon expansion tank from the second floor mechanical room, while maintaining building load for inmates with temporary chillers on the street below. Additionally, we provided complete re-furbishing of concrete cooling towers on the roof in a phased approach to keep the facility occupied.
