Texas A&M University School of Law

At the School of Law for Texas A&M, the University needed a replacement of one of their failing Cooling Towers. Through the Pre-Construction phase we identified the proper solution for the replacement of the Tower and identified the failed Water Filtration system feeding the existing Tower. Our team worked with the University’s schedule, since classes were in session, and provided temporary cooling to the building so classes could continue as normal. Our solution included retrofitting the Tower with modifications to the structural steel for the new footprint and weight requirements, install a new Water Filtration system with UV light technology, and removed, replaced and integrated the existing Controls system to the new equipment.
